Val-d’Or, Québec, September 8, 2020 – Cleghorn Minerals Ltd. (TSX-V:CZZ) (“Cleghorn” or the “Company”) announces the results of its annual general meeting of shareholders held by telephone conference on September 4, 2020.
At the meeting, shareholders elected four directors, being Joseph Groia, Glenn J. Mullan, Karen Rees and Christian Wirth. Shareholders also appointed Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton LLP as the Company’s auditor.
The Company welcomes Karen Rees and Christian Wirth as new additions to the Board and is appreciative of the experience, diversity and skills that they will add to the Board. The Company also thanks Andrew Pepper who did not stand for re-election for his hard work, dedication and efforts to the business and affairs of the Company over the past many years and wishes him all the very best in his future endeavours.
Following the shareholder meeting, the Board reconstituted its Audit Committee, its Compensation and Corporate Governance Committee and its Health & Safety/Sustainability Committee and also reappointed officers for the ensuing year as follows:
